Jaylen Brown’s summer didn’t start on the right foot.
Sure, the Boston Celtics won the NBA Finals last season, but when he wasn’t selected for the Olympic team, it seemed like Brown was frustrated.
He appeared to be the Celtics’ best player throughout the Finals, but for some reason, he wasn’t picked to represent Team USA on an international stage.
While Brown might have envied his teammates, Jayson Tatum and Derrick White for participating in the Olympics, it seems like he has found ways to keep his mind off it.
As ClutchPoints recently showcased on X, Brown and his girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezick, took a vacation to the Dubai desert.

Both of them appeared to have a great time in the desert, despite the extreme heat that surrounded them.
It’s not exactly Paris, but this destination seemed like a great consolation prize for Brown and his girlfriend.
This trip is likely one of the last vacations Brown can take ahead of the 2024-2025 season, where he and the Celtics have an opportunity to repeat as NBA champions.
Brown and Tatum clicked as a superstar duo down the stretch, and with players like White and Jrue Holiday on the roster, they found the sweet spot last season.
It will be interesting to see what transpires in 2024, and if the Celtics can reach the mountaintop yet again.
Brown seems motivated to help take this team to the next level, and with Olympic gold medalists on the roster, the stars may be aligning.
