The NBA GOAT conversation is an interesting debate among fans.
There seems to be as many GOAT rankings are there are NBA fans, and people can spend hours making a case, debating, and arguing with people online to try and impose their opinions.
Notably, not even LeBron James’ son is safe from that.
Recently, Bryce James shared a list of his five favorite players of all time.

James chose his father, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony, and Russell Westbrook.
Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long before fans online called him out over his last two choices.

While Anthony and Westbrook might not be top-five players of all time, he grew up watching them closely, and everybody had good players they idolized growing up despite not being the best of the best.
He got to watch both of them in their primes, not to mention he actually got to know them, hung out with them, and admired them.
Granted, they might not be top-ten players, but they’re getting way too much disrespect online.
Both of them are first-ballot Hall of Famers and two of the best players to ever do it.
They were far from perfect, and going ringless may have been their fault to a degree.
That doesn’t mean they don’t deserve credit, praise, and respect for what they were able to do on the basketball court, and you just can’t talk about NBA history without bringing up their names multiple times.
