Patrick Mahomes has done a great job being as uncontroversial as possible en route to winning three Super Bowls and is still pretty universally beloved despite tearing the hearts out of so many rival fanbases’ chests year after year.
However, his family has not done the same over the years, and his wife, Brittany, recently liked Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s Instagram post in early August which kickstarted a domino effect that resulted in Trump recently thanking Brittany for defending him.
Trump recently posted on Truth Social, “I want to thank beautiful Brittany Mahomes for so strongly defending me, and the fact that MAGA is the greatest and most powerful Political Movement in the History of our now Failing Country. With Crime and Illegal Immigration totally out of control, INFLATION Ravaging all Americans, and a World that is laughing at the stupidity of our hapless “leaders,” it is nice to see someone who loves our Country, and wants to save it from DOOM. What a great couple – See you both at the Super Bowl!”

Pat Mahomes’ brother and father were both arrested over the last year and provided plenty of distractions for the three-time Super Bowl MVP, so this is surely not something else he wants on his plate heading into a season where his team is aiming to complete the first three-peat in NFL history.
This situation could also conflict with Taylor Swift, who is dating Mahomes’ teammate Travis Kelce, since she has been an avid supporter of the Democratic party in the past.
