After a forgettable 2023 NFL season after a 2022 campaign that seemed promising for the franchise’s future, the New York Giants hope to bounce back in 2024 and get on track as a team on the rise in the NFC.

One of the main reasons for optimism for the Giants heading into the 2024 NFL season this week is the team bringing in talented rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers, who could be a star in the making and the new face of the franchise in the post-Saquon Barkley era.

Nabers was the second wide receiver taken in the 2024 NFL Draft after the Arizona Cardinals selected Marvin Harrison Jr. with the No. 4 overall pick, and some believe he could be the best wideout in this draft class.

On Sunday, Nabers will make his debut in a Giants uniform with the storied franchise playing host to the Minnesota Vikings, who also made some drastic changes during the offseason and hope to head in the right direction in 2024.

With Nabers being the player everyone wants to see in this game, the rookie wideout hopes to hear from the Giants faithful when he scores his first NFL touchdown, with chants of ‘LEEEEEEEEEEEEK’ from the stands at MetLife Stadium via Giants Videos.

The primary concern for the Giants heading into the 2024 campaign is the quarterback position, as they could not upgrade at the most important position on the football field and will have to continue moving forward with Daniel Jones under center.

However, if Jones and Nabers can develop some chemistry, there could be hope for a successful season this year and in the foreseeable future.
