It’s been a very, very long while since the New York Jets last found success.
They’ve been on the wrong end of some unfortunate situations, even last season.
Just when they finally thought that they would have a chance to compete at the highest level, Aaron Rodgers ruptured his Achilles four plays into the season.
That’s why Chris ‘Mad Dog’ Russo believes something good might finally happen to them.
“The @nyjets are due for some good luck”

Talking on his radio show, Russo claimed that the Jets were a ‘fascinating’ team to keep an eye on this season.
Not only do they have the longest active playoff drought in the league, but they also have a head coach and a general manager who might be on the hot seat.
But more than that, they’re just due for some good luck, says Russo.
That might be the case.
The Jets have done almost everything right in terms of team building.
They knew they needed a good quarterback to get over the hump, so they went out there and got a future first-ballot Hall of Famer.
Personality issues aside, Aaron Rodgers is one of the greatest pure passers this game has ever seen, and he could uplift almost any offense.
Jets fans have been through a lot over the past couple of decades, and they also deserve to catch a break once and for all.
This team has everything they need to be at their best.
Hopefully, luck will also be on their side.
