Massive news hit the NFL world recently with legendary former head coach Bill Belichick joining Instagram.
The eight-time Super Bowl winner arriving on social media was a surprise to a lot of people, including his former quarterback Tom Brady.
The legendary signal-caller had some fun with his former New England Patriots head coach after discovering him on the platform.
“Party’s over. Bill’s here. It was a good run, but we gotta shut it down. Welcome Coach,” Brady posted, via Savage Sports.

Seeing Belichick on Instagram is a cool thing for a lot of NFL fans.
Although he is away from coaching this season, that doesn’t mean he won’t give his insight into what is happening around the league.
Belichick will be involved in multiple media projects this season, including the “ManningCast” for “Monday Night Football” with former rivals Peyton Manning and Eli Manning.
NFL fans and analysts — even teams — can benefit from listening to arguably the greatest head coach in NFL history share his thoughts.
Plus, no one knows yet if he is done coaching in the league.
The 72-year-old has accomplished almost everything there is to accomplish in the sport, but he may want to pursue the all-time wins mark, which is owned by Don Shula (347 wins, including playoffs).
Belichick sits at 333 wins, including playoffs. He trails Shula and George Halas in regular season victories.
For now, fans can become smarter watching the game as Belichick, now an influencer on social media, shares his thoughts on the state of the NFL.
