Former Los Angeles Rams legend Aaron Donald set the modern standard for defensive linemen, and any discussion of the greatest of all time must include the Super Bowl champ.
After all, Donald was named to the Hall of Fame All-2010s Team and was an eight-time All-Pro and 10-time Pro Bowler.
The feared pass rusher made 111 sacks in his 10-year career and was unstoppable in disrupting opposing offenses.
The future first-ballot Hall of Famer sat for a roundtable discussion of the most outstanding defensive linemen ever to play.
Donald told host Ryan Clark that a number of great names must be considered, but he limited his roster to those who played in his recent era.

Donald correctly put his own name on the list and then noted that Fletcher Cox should be the nose tackle.
The recently retired Cox spent all 12 of his NFL seasons causing havoc for the opposition, and he will be sorely missed by the Philadelphia Eagles this fall.
Donald observed the depth of talent at edge rusher currently in the league before choosing Von Miller as his pass-rushing specialist.
The longtime Denver Bronco and current Buffalo Bill has 123.5 sacks and is a terror for the opposition – even in his mid-30s.
Then Donald rounded out the line in the 4-3 defense with veteran Khalil Mack.
Another surefire future Hall of Famer, the ten-year veteran and current Los Angeles Charger brings enormous power and intensity to the playing field every weekend.
It is difficult to argue with the current-era defensive line of Donald, Cox, Miller and Mack.
