The 2024 NFL rookie class is one of the most anticipated and highly regarded ones anyone can remember, and there are several players who could end up being outstanding in the years to come.
This year’s quarterback crop is loaded with talent, starting with Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels and Drake Maye, but there are several prospects at other positions who could become big-time stars.
One of them is wide receiver Malik Nabers of the New York Giants, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter said that he has done so well in training camp that he looks like a top candidate for the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.

At Louisiana State University, Nabers was a big-time star while playing alongside Daniels, and in 2023, he caught 89 passes for 1,569 yards and 14 touchdowns.
The Giants have been starving for a bona fide threat at the wide receiver position for a while, and Nabers may be the answer to those woes.
There is also some hope that he may be able to resurrect the career of quarterback Daniel Jones, who has been a disappointment ever since coming into the NFL in 2019.
Jones’ numbers have been anemic, and some feel the addition of a star wideout would do wonders for him.
Still, it is very unlikely the Giants will make the playoffs this season, especially after star running back Saquon Barkley departed in the offseason to join the Philadelphia Eagles.
But at least Nabers could become a major building block moving forward while giving frustrated Giants fans some real hope.
