The San Francisco 49ers are likely getting tired of Brandon Aiyuk’s antics.
According to multiple reports, the Niners brass has had it with his tantrums and attitude, and they’ve finally agreed to field offers for his services.
Nevertheless, that doesn’t mean they will just give him away.
Rumor has it that the Pittsburgh Steelers are leading the race to get him, not only because of their desire and potential trade package but also because a: they can afford him and b: Aiyuk wants to be there.
However, Adam Schefter reports that the Niners aren’t going to jump the gun here (via NFL on ESPN).

As much as they could agree to part ways with him, the Niners know they’re going to give up a very good wide receiver, which is why they’re going to take their time and only move him at the right price.
Whether that happens in an hour or in a month remains to be seen, but Schefter made it loud and clear that the Niners are in no rush whatsoever to get a deal done.
Aiyuk reportedly doesn’t want to play for the Cleveland Browns or New England Patriots, the other two teams interested in trading for him.
Clearly, he wants to have it all, and sometimes, things just don’t work that way.
Still, the Niners are more than likely to strip the band-aid off and get this nightmare over with, but that doesn’t mean it will be cheap.
