He inspired an entire generation of young basketball players, leading them to model their games after this NBA superstar.

He applauded Iverson’s work ethic, understanding he did whatever it took to get to the basket.
Iverson and Kukoc played together for just two seasons, long enough for Kukoc to get a good read on him.
Kukoc played with Michael Jordan, so he is familiar with big stars in the NBA.
His high praise of Iverson is particularly impressive given his experience with Jordan.
Iverson was inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame in 2016.
Along with Kukoc’s comments, Iverson has recently been applauded by Dwayne Wade.
When Wade was inducted into the hall, he pointed to Iverson as a massive inspiration.
Iverson has not only made a large impression among a young generation of basketball players but also from his peers.
His career will not soon be forgotten, and players are still trying to emulate what he did on the court.
Iverson might not be regarded as one of the best players in NBA history, but he will certainly continue to be discussed as one of the most electric.
