Kamara has been in the news lately, but not for his on-field prowess.
He was accused of conspiracy to commit battery, along with committing battery against an individual.

There is talk around the league that Kamara will face a suspension, but it’s unclear what that might look like.
If he does get suspended, the Saints will need to pivot to a different back, such as newly acquired Jamaal Williams or rookie Kendre Miller.
Kamara’s role has been established not only as an efficient rusher but also as a dominant pass-catcher.
If he misses any time, the Saints will likely turn to Williams in that role, something he did competently with the Green Bay Packers.
Miller would most likely be a change of pace back, who could also fill in as a third-down rusher if the team need presents itself.
Kamara has been a massive part of the Saints’ offense as they have undergone significant changes since the Drew Brees era.
While it remains to be seen what Derek Carr will look like on this roster, it’s safe to assume that Kamara will be a big part of it when he’s on the field, whenever that might be.
