Analyst 1 NFL Team Has Become A ‘Laughing Stock’

As harsh as it may sound, many people do not take the Dallas Cowboys seriously anymore.

The players talk about the pride that comes with having that blue star on your helmet, and they continue to be the biggest brand in all sports, but they’re just not relevant, football-wise.

That’s why sports analyst Craig Carton couldn’t help but laugh when he heard Ezekiel Elliott talk about chasing a ring with the Cowboys.

In the latest edition of The Carton Show, he claimed that America’s Team has become a laughing stock, calling out Jerry Jones for not signing Dak Prescott or CeeDee Lamb to a contract extension or even talking to Micah Parsons about a new deal.

“The Cowboys have become such a laughing stock in the NFL,” Carton said.

Granted, the Cowboys looked like a Super Bowl contender just one season ago, but even then, most people outside of their fan base knew they were about to collapse at some point.

It’s never good when one of the biggest markets in the game isn’t truly competitive.

Unfortunately for them, nothing is going to change for as long as whoever is building the roster and making all decisions keeps taking the same approach.

And given that the only people calling the shots there happens to be the owner, it’s not like he’s at risk of losing his job or anything.
