The Kansas City Chiefs have made a habit out of silencing the doubters.
First, some thought they couldn’t win without Tyreek Hill, and they did just that.
Then, they said they weren’t going to be able to win with their offense last season, and they did it again.
Now, people doubt whether they’ll be able to make history by winning the first-ever Super Bowl three-peat.
With that in mind, sports analyst Craig Carton shared his thoughts on the matter, and he made a rather interesting point.
In the latest edition of The Carton Show, he claimed that they would always stand a chance for as long as Patrick Mahomes was there because he’s definitely the best quarterback in the world.
Can the Chiefs 3-peat?
“If No. 15 is standing, you have a chance. He’s the best QB in the world right now. If they GOAT didn’t do it, I don’t think KC will do it. They can — they won’t — but they can.” — @craigcartonlive pic.twitter.com/5Bj9phLqo3

He also believes they’re going to have a high-powered and much-improved offense next season because of the offseason additions they made.
Nonetheless, he still doesn’t like their chances to three-peat.
Carton explained that if Tom Brady, who he considers to be the greatest player in NFL history, wasn’t able to do it, then neither would the Chiefs.
He claimed that they definitely stand a chance but he just doesn’t see that happening.
Winning in the NFL isn’t easy, let alone repeating.
Everybody will aim for their throne, and every other team in the league is literally preparing and putting their roster together to take them down.
Also, injuries and bad luck can always happen in sports.
Then again, if someone can pull it off, it’s definitely Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
