The New York Jets are ready to go all-in.
As great as Aaron Rodgers is, he’s not getting any younger, and he’s coming off a major injury, so their Super Bowl window might close as quickly as it opened.
GM Joe Douglas is well aware of that, which is why he doubled down on Rodgers by going after Tyron Smith and Mike Williams in the offseason.
With that in mind, former NFL player Willie Colon wants the Jets GM to keep that aggressive approach as we head to Thursday night’s NFL Draft.
Talking on The Carton Show, Colon claimed that the Jets should trade up with the Arizona Cardinals to get WR Marvin Harrison Jr. at No. 4.

For this to happen, the Jets would have to give up the No. 10 pick, and likely a lot more.
The Ohio State product looks like a generational talent at wide receiver, so he might be worth that much.
Also, the Jets could still get a top-notch pass-catching weapon at No. 10 by getting Georgia TE Brock Bowers, as most analysts believe they will do.
Not many fans would be mad at the team for getting a prime and highly-coveted player like Harrison, and he’d be a plug-and-play kind of guy who could make an immediate impact.
Then again, that’s also the kind of bold move that could cost a general manager their job, and Douglas is already walking on thin ice.
