The Los Angeles Clippers and Philadelphia 76ers made a blockbuster trade which included James Harden going to LA.
It was a long time coming as Harden made it clear in the offseason he no longer wanted to be a part of the 76ers.
Harden was like a black cloud over the 76ers and the team just wanted to see him go.
The Clippers showed interest in Harden for a while and were finally able to get a deal done.
But, this may be the final chance Harden gets to show he can be a team player.
His history of forcing his way out of organizations has trumped what he has done on the floor.
Rachel Nichols, via “Undisputed,” thinks this stint with the Clippers will make or break his reputation.
She said: “This stint is going to make or break James Harden’s reputation forever. He’s turning the stakes up and they couldn’t be higher for him.”

His last two stints may tarnish his reputation the most.
Harden only lasted 80 games in Brooklyn and 79 games in Philadelphia.
At some point, he needs to find a team where he will play more than one season.
Harden is nowhere near the player he once was, but he is still effective.
He is a good distributor and can average around 22 points per game.
It will be interesting to see how he works with the other stars on the Clippers.
But this may be a make-or-break season for Harden and his reputation.
