The Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping that Kenny Pickett can be their quarterback for the next two decades.
That would put him in similar territory with former Steelers great, Ben Roethlisberger.
Big Ben was the signal-caller in Pittsburgh for 18 years before he decided to hang up his cleats.
Now the franchise has been turned over to Pickett.
“Good Morning Football” analyst Jamie Erdahl sees similarities in the career path of Roethlisberger and Pickett.

One spot where Pickett flourished last season was in game-winning drives.
He played in 13 games and four times he conducted a game-winning drive.
That is similar to Roethlisberger and what he accomplished in his rookie season.
Roethlisberger had five comeback wins and six-game winning drives during his first season.
Even though Pickett struggled from a statistical standpoint, the Steelers saw plenty of things they can build on.
This offseason will be different from last because Pickett enters training camp as the unquestioned starter.
He should benefit from the added reps and we have seen many players take the leap in year two.
The Steelers are one team that seems to be in contention every year.
Even when everything seems to go wrong for them they find themselves in a position to make the playoffs.
They have an elite head coach in Mike Tomlin and always seem to have a stout defense.
How Pickett performs this season will play a major role in how far the Steelers can go.
Comparing Pickett to Roethlisberger may seem unfair to the young QB but the similarities are evident.
