Analyst Credits 1 Player For Cowboys’ Win Over Chargers

Analysts had mixed predictions before the Monday Night Football game between the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Chargers.

Some believed the Cowboys would continue on their positive trend, while others believed it was the Chargers’ time to make a statement.

While it was a close game, the Cowboys came away victorious.

Many players were credited for this win, including Dak Prescott, who played mistake-free football.

However, in a postgame conversation, Leslie Frazier had his eyes set on another offensive player.

“Mike McCarthy did a good job of getting CeeDee Lamb involved early on, and that led to some big things in their offense,” Frazier said.

Lamb has been a staple of this offense since he was drafted in the first round in 2020.

The Cowboys have greatly benefited from his speed, athleticism, and route-running, as Frazier points out.

Without him, this game could have looked differently for Prescott and the Cowboys’ offense.

Prescott threw for 272 yards in this game, with nearly half of them going to Lamb.

Lamb finished the game with seven receptions for 117 yards, his 13th career contest with more than 100 receiving yards.

If he continues his dominant ways, Prescott’s offense will continue to grow and develop.

Frazier called Lamb a “big play receiver,” which continues to be his role in this offense.

The Cowboys currently hold a 4-2 record and are one game behind the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East.

If Lamb stays on this upward trajectory, there is no telling how high the Cowboys’ ceiling could be for the rest of the season.
