Right now, it is unclear which team is the best in the AFC.
The defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs have been having trouble winning close games versus quality opponents, and they have a lack of reliable and productive wide receivers.
The Miami Dolphins are considered by some to be fraudulent despite a 10-4 record and an explosive offense.
Quietly, the Buffalo Bills, who have been up and down this season, may have been making themselves into a dark-horse contender in the conference.
When the question of whether the Bills are quietly the best team in the AFC was asked on FS1’s “Speak,” Joy Taylor pushed back, saying the Baltimore Ravens are the best team in the conference.
Are the Bills quietly the best team in the AFC?

The Bills are coming off an impressive 31-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys, who are a legitimate Super Bowl contender, in which they prevented Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott from throwing a touchdown pass.
But their own quarterback, Josh Allen, didn’t play that well himself, and they took advantage of a Cowboys team that hasn’t been nearly as good on the road as it has been at home.
Baltimore, meanwhile, improved to 11-3 on the season by defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars by a final of 23-7 on Sunday, and they have the NFL’s top scoring defense while ranking first in passing and rushing touchdowns allowed.
Signal-caller Lamar Jackson is having arguably his best season in a little while, and he has new weapons in the passing game in rookie Zay Flowers and a resurgent Odell Beckham Jr.
The big problem for them, however, is that star tight end Mark Andrews has been out since getting injured in Week 11, and his timeline for a possible return is unclear.
The Ravens will face a big test on Christmas Day against the San Francisco 49ers, who are favored to win the Super Bowl, and that game will likely reveal a lot about their chances of winning it all.
