The New England Patriots enter the season with plenty of pressure.
Everybody has their own agenda, and patience is running out within the organization.
However, as much as people seem to be worried about their offense, Patriots insider Andrew Callahan recently said on NBC Sports Boston that he expects the team to fare a lot better offensively this season.
“My problem is I keep hearing about that data point, and it’s 1 data point. That ONE practice. They need to do a 30 for 30 on that practice!”@_AndrewCallahan and @MichaelSHolley debate whether or not we’ve seen enough to feel more optimistic about the Patriots pic.twitter.com/E5goAnREck

He believes they could realistically win nine or ten games, and raved about how good DeVante Parker has looked with Mac Jones.
He also states that Bill O’Brien’s scheme has been more favorable to Jones than the one they had under Josh McDaniels, adding that Jones has his highest completion percentage during training camp.
Callahan also raved about how well they looked against the Green Bay Packers, and stated that having Cole Strange back will mean that they’ll have their four best offensive linemen all on the field.
Robert Kraft has made it loud and clear that he doesn’t want the team to keep on losing, and not even Bill Belichick’s job is safe.
Entering the season in that kind of situation is far from ideal, and that kind of pressure could also lead them to make several mistakes.
Jones could have a short leash and there’s a chance that they’ll look bad against some elite teams.
But at least it seems like last year’s dreadful offense is a thing of the past now, and they’ll be able to at least put some pressure on rival defenses every now and then.
