The Miami Dolphins are back to stacking wins as they added another one in Week 12 against the lowly New York Jets.

Miami beat New York 34-13 to improve to 8-3 and strengthen their lead in the AFC East.

The Jets’ offense has not been good during the 2023 NFL season, but their defense has been able to help them in games.

New York’s roster is stacked with star defensive talent, but Miami found the cracks as they were able to gash them for large chunk gains.

Even though the Jets are good at slowing down wide receivers, they had no answers for Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle who both had over 100 receiving yards.

Waddle the team in receiving with 114 yards, but Hill was the one who came up with the receiving corps’ only touchdown.

Hill has been basically unguardable every week and Chris Simms believes he should be the 2023 NFL MVP via the Dan Patrick Show.

“I think he’s the MVP of football right now. Everything that they do is dictated because of him and what he brings to that offense,” Simms said.

MVP typically goes to a quarterback given how much they affect the offense, but there’s no question that Hill is the engine that makes the Dolphins’ offense click.

His speed and burst is second-to-none and his field-stretching ability allows Tua Tagovailoa to make deep passes that set up Miami to score more often than not.

Hill has a goal to hit 2,000 yards receiving this season and if he hits the mark then there’s a very real possibility he can take home the converted award.
