The 2023 NFL season has been a nightmare for the New York Giants from start to finish.

Following a drama-filled offseason in which they spent way more money than most people would’ve advised to keep Daniel Jones, they’ve failed to find the same success they found last season, and they’re more than likely to lose Saquon Barkley in free agency.

On top of that, Jones just suffered a season-ending injury, and it’s not like he was playing that well when he was on the field.

Jones ranked last in several categories this season and regressed vastly after signing that four-year $160 million contract in the offseason.

With that in mind, NFL analyst Craig Carton believes that could actually be a blessing in disguise, as the injury will pretty much guarantee they get a top-three selection in the upcoming NFL Draft.

“Daniel Jones will never start another game as the New York Giants quarterback.”

That’s why he went on record on his show to predict that Jones would never start another game for the franchise.

Jones had a decent year last season, and even his career-bests weren’t exactly impressive.

This team made a huge financial investment in him, and it didn’t pay off; it happens.

Now, it’s all about the future, and finding someone who can get this team back to the top once and for all.
