Anthony Richardson’s rookie campaign was cut short due to a season-ending shoulder injury.
The young Indianapolis Colts quarterback looked promising in his first few games, so it was a devastating blow to see him miss the rest of the year.
However, Richardson appears healthy and ready to contribute ahead of the 2024 season.
He has participated in preseason games, looking strong, and has mostly received positive feedback.
Many analysts have noticed a flaw in his game, as Ted Nguyen pointed out in a recent Twitter video.
When looking through the footage of Richardson’s recent game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Nguyen called out his accuracy as an area of growth.

Richardson looked great in the first drive against the Bengals, but for one reason or another, seemed to lose his touch after that.
He has a big arm and can throw the deep ball when necessary, but some of his intermediate passes can be off-target.
Brock Purdy struggled with similar throws in his first year, as do many young QBs.
Purdy, of course, is now the undisputed starter for the San Francisco 49ers, and like other quarterbacks with limited experience, it took him some time to figure out the speed of the NFL.
Richardson is hoping to do the same, and while his accuracy issues could be a problem at the beginning of the season, the Colts staff will likely work diligently with him to improve moving forward.
Can Richardson turn things around and help the Colts get back to the playoffs?
