The Phoenix Suns are reportedly in the market for even more scoring and ball-handling.

They’re set to meet with Kyrie Irving, so Mat Ishbia must think the game is played with multiple basketballs at a time.

Moreover, they don’t have the kind of money it would take to get Kyrie in the first place unless he agrees to take a massive pay cut and sign for the veteran minimum.

The only other possible avenue would be to explore a sign-and-trade with the Dallas Mavericks, assuming they want to play ball and help one of their Conference foes get better.

With that in mind, Nick Wright put together a three-way trade proposal that could be good enough to convince the Mavs to get a deal done.

Suns get: Kyrie Irving
Mavs get: Buddy Hield & Myles Turner
Pacers get: Deandre Ayton

In this scenario, Kyrie would head to the Valley of the Sun, while Deandre Ayton would go to the Indiana Pacers, all while the Mavs get Buddy Hield and Myles Turner.

Maybe, add a couple of picks to the mix, and we might have something going on here.

Truth be told, this would make perfect sense for everybody involved, as the Pacers were quite close to landing Ayton last season, and they even offered him a max contract.

The Mavs crave a rim protector and more reliable shooters, and they’d be getting two of the best in those regards in this trade.

The Suns, on the other hand, would get yet another scoring star, which they obviously don’t need but wouldn’t mind landing anyway.
