Even though the NBA season just ended, this league is always full of drama and storylines, which is why analysts, beat writers, and even fans are always jumping ahead to try and make some predictions.
With that in mind, ESPN analyst Tim Legler put together his list of the top-five NBA offseason questions right now.
.@LegsESPN gives his top five NBA offseason questions
1⃣ Will Dame stay in Portland?
2⃣ Will the Porzingis trade pay off for Boston?
3⃣ What will Nick Nurse’s impact be in Philly?
4⃣ Do the Suns finally have enough?
5⃣ How will Wemby’s game translate? pic.twitter.com/FBgUatGLqd

At No. 5, he talked about No. 1 pick Victor Wembanyama and how his impressive game will translate to the NBA.
Obviously, there are some health and durability concerns because of his height and lanky frame, but his skill set is undeniable.
Then, he talked about the Phoenix Suns and whether they finally have enough to win after trading for Bradley Beal.
Even so, they still need to fill in their roster with very limited cap space.
At No. 3, Legler wondered what Nick Nurse’s impact will be with the Sixers, especially considering they’re fresh off three straight seasons of making it to the second round of the playoffs.
Then, Legler talked about Kristaps Porzingis and how that trade would pay off for the Boston Celtics.
That’s a great question, as they got a better rebounder and scorer, but they also lost a gritty defender and vocal leader in Marcus Smart.
And last but not least, he wondered whether Damian Lillard would finally leave the Portland Trail Blazers.
However, as of now, it seems like that’s not going to happen, and all he and the team did was waste everyone’s time with all the rumors and speculation, just like they have done in every offseason for the past three years or so.
