What will the New York Knicks do to stop Tyrese Maxey on Thursday night?

The Knicks are still reeling from Maxey’s amazing performance in Game 5, helping his team secure a win and stay alive to fight another day.

Sitting in on “The Carton Show,” Tim Hardaway Sr. explained how the Knicks can limit Maxey’s production on the court in Game 6.

He thinks that he should be covered by New York’s big men, who need to stay close to him and not give him a lot of room to move.

He thinks that Maxey needs to be doubled by the defense, but gave a warning to the Knicks.

“You can’t beat him up, you gotta contain him,” Hardaway said.

Containing Maxey is easier said than done.

He scored 46 points, 5 rebounds, and 9 assists during Game 5, including posting two incredible three-pointers that helped lead the team to their overtime win.

Many people are still talking about Maxey’s performance, which was a clear reminder of why he earned this season’s Most Improved Player of the Year award.

Maxey was picking up the slack for his team, as Joel Embiid was having a lot of trouble for most of the game.

Now the Knicks are desperate to beat the 76ers.

New York holds a 3-2 record in the series and are still favorites to win.

But if they don’t play their cards right on Thursday, the series will be tied and everything will rest on Game 7.

That is not a position that the Knicks wanted to be in.

And up until Maxey’s performance in Game 5, it wasn’t a position they thought they’d be in.
