The conversation about the greatest basketball player of all time has been going on for many years.

Fans and analysts continue to debate who they believe is the best to do it, and only a few names commonly appear in this conversation.

LeBron James is certainly one of those names, as many fans believe he’s better than Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and other historical legends.

While it is difficult to prove who is the greatest, even when looking at stats, John Tournour recently appeared on Mad Dog Sports Radio, discussing what James needs to do to solidify his place at the top.

“If he ends up winning with his son, it’s over,” Tournour said, adding, “I don’t think it’s gonna happen, but if it does, checkmate.”

Tournour believes that James has a strong case as the best of all time, but if he wins a championship with his son, it would take his case to a new level.

For many years, James believed that he would find a way to play with his son in the NBA.

This seemed impossible for a time, but with James continuing to be one of the best players in the league despite his age, it became clear that he still had plenty of gas left in the tank.

It will be interesting to see what the Lakers look like in the 2024-2025 season, and what Bronny’s playing time will be like, and how he interacts with his father and other teammates on the court.
