Analyst Rips NFC Team For Lack Of Offseason Moves

The Dallas Cowboys have been the most disappointing team in the NFL during the offseason.

They’ve seen Tony Pollard, Tyler Biadasz, Dorance Armstrong, and Tyron Smith all leave in free agency, and they’ve barely done anything to make up for those losses.

On top of that, they didn’t sign Dak Prescott to a contract extension, and they now risk losing him in free agency.

With that in mind, NFC North reporter Carmen Vitali called them ‘the biggest gaslighters in the league.’

Talking to Kay Adams for her Up & Adams Show, she claimed that this team has one foot in and one foot out, so they must decide what kind of team they want to be.

She called Jerry Jones out for not committing to Dak Prescott, who’s an All-Pro and a proven winner in the regular season, and for not giving him the weapons he needs to get over the hump in the playoffs.

It’s hard to argue with these statements.

Prescott might not have passed the test in the postseason, but he’s the best option they have right now, and they won’t be able to replace him if another team is willing to make a commitment to him.

The Cowboys aren’t a better team now than they were last season, so as much as they should always expect to pursue a Super Bowl, that’s very unlikely for them in 2024.
