The New York Jets are hoping Aaron Rodgers can lead them to a place they have not been in a long time.
That is to the playoffs.
New York has not been to the playoffs since the 2010 season.
But the expectations do not stop at just making the playoffs.
Many Jets fans are hoping Rodgers can lead them to a Super Bowl.
It is tough to imagine a 39-year-old Rodgers carrying this Jets team by himself.
But they have put a good roster of players around him to give them a strong chance at competing.
Craig Carton even believes that the addition of Rodgers might be the beginning of a dynasty in New York.
Can Aaron Rodgers and the Jets win a Super Bowl now that he has committed to more than one year in New York?

Rodgers has said he is committed to playing for the Jets for more than one season.
He believes it would be a “disservice” to the fanbase to retire after one year.
That is unless the Jets can win the Super Bowl this year.
Rodgers seems dedicated to bringing a Super Bowl back to New York before he hangs up the cleats.
Carton thinks if Rodgers plays three more years that he could be starting a dynasty.
There is only enough room for one dynasty in the NFL.
The Kansas City Chiefs are the most recent team making a push for that honor.
But if Rodgers can return to his MVP form anything is possible.
The AFC is loaded with talented teams, especially in the AFC East.
Yet there will be no excuses for Rodgers and the Jets to not contend next season.
