The Boston Celtics are coming off one of the most dominating NBA Finals wins in recent history.
They only lost two playoff games heading into the Finals, one in their series against the Miami Heat and one against the Cleveland Cavaliers, later sweeping the Indiana Pacers.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown were the team’s two star players throughout the playoffs, but their role players were also a necessary cog to this roster.
With this in mind, many people are talking about the Celtics’ front office as the star of the show, paving the way for this team to make their Finals run.
Jenkins and Jonez recently discussed this on their podcast, where Jonez gave a lot of credit to Brad Stevens’ impact on it all.
“I think Brad Stevens, bro, deserves a ton of credit here, man… I feel like, if we have to point to like a single person and say what single person is responsible for the Celtics ring, I think it all comes back to him,” said Jonez.

Stevens is a former collegiate and NBA coach, but he has been a member of the Celtics’ front office for the past several years.
He seemingly has a knack for his new role, orchestrating several moves to put the Celtics in the position they are in.
Jonez firmly believes that Stevens is a great behind-the-scenes puppet master who should help the Celtics grow for the next several years.
