The Golden State Warriors have won five games in a row and may ruin the Houston Rockets’ postseason plans on Thursday night.
If they succeed, it’ll be because Draymond Green is playing well and looking like his regular self.
But no matter what happens, Green has impaired his legacy because of “all the nonsense” he has committed, according to Craig Carton.
On the latest episode of “The Carton Show,” the host explained that Green’s on-court actions and suspensions have “tarnished” his place in NBA history.
“He should have gone down as one of the great defensive players and champions in the last 25 years and he’s not gonna go down as that,” Carton said.

This has been one of the most difficult and controversial seasons of Green’s career.
He has repeatedly gotten himself into trouble for physical altercations on the court, leading to a lengthy suspension a few months ago after hitting Jusuf Nurkic in the middle of a game.
When that happened, there were many questions about Green, why he acts the way he does, and what’s next for him.
Since returning from that suspension, Green has mostly played nice, although he has been ejected once for arguing with referees.
But the conversation around him hasn’t gotten better and there are still many people who can’t shake their unpleasant feelings about him and what he has done.
Carton is one of many people who think that Green’s career has been negatively affected by all of this.
Green has found great success in the NBA throughout his career, including winning four championships.
But Carton says that all of that has been harmed by his personality and outbursts.
