Just three years ago, not many NFL analysts thought Jalen Hurts was the right guy to lead the Philadelphia Eagles into the future.

Now, the narrative has completely turned around, with most of them showering him with praise and talking about his untapped potential.

That’s the case with former NFL player Louis Riddick, who recently claimed that Hurts could take his game to the same level as three legends of the game, such as Tom Brady, Drew Brees, and Peyton Manning, via “Get Up” on ESPN.

We’re talking about three of the most dominant passers in the history of the game, guys who owned — and still own — some of the most remarkable records in the history of the league.

Needless to say, that’s a lot of praise and also a lot of responsibility, but it’s not that far-fetched to think, even if he just turned 25 years old.

Hurts’ work ethic is reportedly second to none, and he has that competitive mindset, drive, and toughness to never give up and continue working on his craft restlessly, not to mention his ability to be a leader on and off the field.

He was the most improved player in the league last season, and it wasn’t even close, and the team decided to reward him with the largest contract in the history of the National Football League.

But unlike most young athletes, getting paid wasn’t Hurts’ ultimate goal, and he knows he now has an even bigger responsibility on his shoulders and needs to get the job done.
