The Philadephia Eagles are in a unique position to be selecting 10th overall in the NFL Draft.

It is not often that the defending NFC Champion gets to pick that high.

But after a trade with the New Orleans Saints last year, the Eagles get the Saints’ pick this year.

It appears that the Eagles could go many different ways with their pick.

One player that seems like a great fit for the Eagles is running back Bijan Robinson.

According to James Palmer, there are a few NFC teams that do not want to see the Eagles land the Texas star.

I’ll just say this. A couple NFC teams I talked to this weekend DO NOT want the #eagles to draft RB Bijan Robinson. The thought of that offense with his addition is scary in their eyes. My report on NFL NOW on @nflnetwork. pic.twitter.com/YrAJrthLiL

The Eagles lost running back Miles Sanders in free agency.

Adding a running back is well within their range of outcomes in the draft.

Robinson is seen as a consensus top-five player in the draft, but he could fall due to his position.

Running backs are simply not sought after by teams, due to their short shelf-life.

If the Eagles are looking to make the most of their Super Bowl window, Robinson should be the pick.

He is an all-around elite player, as both a runner and pass catcher.

It is not a stretch to think Robinson will be a top-10 running back in the league once he is drafted.

Being able to run behind the Eagles’ offensive line would allow for monster production.

The Eagles have never shown interest in a running back in the first round.

But with two first-round picks this year, maybe they are willing to make a luxury pick like Robinson.
