There’s nothing wrong with not being an NBA player.

Bronny James doesn’t have to be a star just because his father was one; he doesn’t even have to play basketball.

It takes a lot of pride and you have to be mentally strong and quite brave to even consider pursuing a career in basketball if you’re LeBron James’ son, especially when everybody knows that you’re not anywhere close to his potential.

Nonetheless, the eye test makes it seem like he might not have what it takes to make it in the league.

That’s why former NFL star Plaxico Burress claimed that Jaylen Brown didn’t have to apologize for saying that Bronny wasn’t a pro.

Brown appeared to get caught on camera saying that while sitting courtside, and he later took to Twitter to share a statement about Bronny having all the tools.

Talking on The Carton Show, Burress claimed that all pro athletes know who has what it takes to make the roster and who doesn’t, and it doesn’t take them long to realize that.

However, Burress believes everybody is afraid to speak up because they’re all friends with LeBron and don’t want to offend him.

That’s the kind of scrutiny one signs up for when one decides to become a pro athlete, and Bronny shouldn’t be the exception to that rule.
