After making the blockbuster trade to send Jordan Poole to the Washington Wizards in exchange for veteran point guard Chris Paul, it was uncertain what the Golden State Warriors would be able to accomplish during the 2023-24 NBA regular season.
Despite many doubting whether Paul would fit with his former on-court rivals in San Francisco, the Warriors have played well throughout their first nine games of the season thus far, with the team sporting a record of 6-3.
Even though the Warriors have lost two of their last three games to the Cleveland Cavaliers and the defending NBA champion Denver Nuggets, Golden State is looking like a potential title contender in the Western Conference.
Stephen Curry and company seem to be firing on all cylinders, with the immediate future looking promising for the Warriors, but one area of concern for this team has been Andrew Wiggins.
Wiggins has struggled to make the kind of impact that this team is accustomed to from him, as it has been a struggle all season long thus far, which has led to concern, according to columnist Monte Poole via 95.7 The Game.

Wiggins has been a valuable asset for the Warriors over the last few years, as he’s been one of the team’s best defenders and able to make a considerable impact offensively when called upon.
This year, however, has not been the case for Wiggins, as he is averaging 10.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per game while shooting 40% from the floor and 15% from beyond the arc.
Despite a solid start for the team, Wiggins’ struggles have to be a concern moving forward.
