Andre Iguodala’s NBA career has been a whirlwind.

After spending many seasons with the Golden State Warriors, Iguodala left the team for the Miami Heat.

He spent two seasons with the Heat before returning to the Warriors, winning another NBA Finals.

Iguodala was recently asked about the differences between the organizations on the Gilbert Arenas Show.

“When you go to Miami, if you don’t really know what you’re going into, you’re in for a rude awakening,” Iguodala said.

He called the Heat a “culture shock” but indicated if players are bought in, it’s a great system.

The Heat have made the playoffs in four-straight seasons, which includes two NBA Finals losses.

The organization has experienced significant growth as of late, given the emergence of Jimmy Butler.

While Butler may have seemed rough around the edges when he left Minnesota, he has been the star power the Heat needed.

Butler’s on and off-court brilliance could be an indication of the Heat’s great culture, as Iguodala later describes.

Many teams’ athletes find themselves in trouble off the court, making mistakes that can cause them to miss games.

However, when discussing the Heat, Iguodala said that players do not get in trouble with this team.

This is due to the culture that head coach Erik Spoelstra and team president Pat Riley institute.

When a team is organizationally sound, it generally leads to better performances on and off the court.

If Iguodala were to run a team, he said that he would take “95 percent” of what the Heat do.

Will more teams learn from them, adopting their style of leadership?
