Anthony Edwards has only been in the NBA for three seasons, but he’s already made quite a name for himself.
The former No. 1 overall pick from the Minnesota Timberwolves is fresh off his first career All-Star game and recently signed a five-year max contract extension.
He will be sticking around in Minnesota for the foreseeable future.
Entering his fourth season, Edwards and the Timberwolves will seek their third straight playoff berth, this time with heightened aspirations.
According to the Heir Company via Legion Hoops, Edwards proclaimed that there is one team that he particularly wants to face in the 2024 playoffs.
“I want to get to the Warriors,” Edwards said, “Wherever they’re at, I want to get to them because… Draymond talks so much trash.”

Like Edwards, Draymond Green has made a name for himself in the league.
He’s an 11-year NBA veteran and has four championship rings to his name.
While Green has undoubtedly been pivotal to the Golden State Warriors, he’s not just known for his on-court play.
Green is one of the most prolific trash-talkers in the NBA today.
Last season, a video surfaced of Green fighting with teammate Jordan Poole, who is no longer with the club.
As Edwards indicates, he’d like to face off against the Warriors and emphasized beating Green.
Green might be a great trash-talker, but ultimately, it comes down to on-court performance.
The Timberwolves have a lot of work to do to get to the playoffs and even more work to beat the Warriors’ prolific lineup.
