During the entire FIBA World Cup leading up to the semifinal against Germany, Team USA was the team to beat, with the Americans favored to win the tournament.

Reaves has gotten the bulk of attention while being on the Team USA squad, as he’s been a star on the rise in the NBA over the past two years or so by cracking the starting lineup on the Lakers and becoming a fan favorite in the process.

The Lakers guard says he’s learned a lot from a lot of really good players and coaches on the Team USA squad, but what stood out the most is the fact that he belongs among this talented group, which will likely do a lot for his confidence moving forward.
