To say that it’s been more than a long while since the Chicago Bulls last were a championship contender would be a massive understatement.

Outside of the Michael Jordan days, the Bulls have mostly been a struggling franchise, and the fans have often called out the front office and owners for not spending enough to turn the team around.

Despite being one of the biggest sports markets in the league, the Bulls have been reluctant to spend money to get stars to the Windy City, and it might take a while before they get back to the NBA Finals.

However, this team has had some of the greatest players in NBA history donning their jerseys.

With that in mind, the guys from Overtime asked Bulls G Ayo Dosumnu to share his all-time Bulls starting five, and his answer wasn’t disappointing at all.

Unsurprisingly, he chose Derrick Rose as their point guard, as he was the youngest MVP in NBA history and a superstar before all of the injuries.

Then, he got the best to ever lace them up, Michael Jordan, the last guy to lead them to the NBA Finals.

As expected, he paired him with his perennial sidekick, Scottie Pippen, a legitimate two-way superstar.

He chose Dennis Rodman, arguably the greatest rebounder ever, as his starting power forward.

Last but not least, he has Artis Gilmore at the five, perhaps the first true star in franchise history.

Hopefully, it won’t take long before this team is back to contention, but the present isn’t that encouraging.
