After a solid 2023-24 NBA season, the Indiana Pacers appear ready to take the next step in their rise up the Eastern Conference rankings when they take on the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the 2024 NBA Playoffs.
The Pacers finished as the conference’s sixth seed, though their frenetic pace of play and offensive efficiency make them a dangerous opponent for anyone, especially a Bucks team that could be shorthanded as Giannis Antetokounmpo deals with a calf strain.
Superstar guard Tyrese Haliburton was one of the best passers and outside shooters in the league during the regular season, but he’s also got a solid supporting cast that includes Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner.
While the Boston Celtics are the overwhelming favorite to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals, Indiana should be able to make some noise.
During the postseason, things can change dramatically from game to game and it wouldn’t be a complete shock to see the Pacers advance further than most expect.

The large bet seems like a reckless amount, but to win big you have to be willing to accept defeat as well.
A near-half a million pay out would be a massive win for this bettor if the Pacers can pull through, though they need to get out of the first round to make this bet a possibility.
