Be honest, if you won six Super Bowls, you’d make sure they were displayed prominently in your Zoom background too.
That’s exactly what Bill Belichick did when he popped up on “The Pat McAfee Show” today, as McAfee was quick to point out the impressive hardware in Belichick’s background.
The six Super Bowl trophies were on display right behind him, and when asked about it, Belichick simply replied, “that’s my bling.”
Hey Bill, you’ve got some stuff behind you.
“That’s my bling.”

It’s interesting he has the trophies behind him and not the rings, as those can’t be the actual Lombardi trophies unless Belichick is either still secretly still working for the Patriots and did this interview from a team facility, or he stole all the Super Bowl trophies on his way out the door to store them in his house.
It was a fun interview, as Belichick announced he’d be joining the show more often during the draft process now that he finally has a little free time since he isn’t a head coach for the first time in decades.
It’s rare to see Belichick joking around and in such a jovial, upbeat move.
Clearly, getting away from the grind of being a head coach has been good for him, as the coach seems happy and healthy.
He didn’t allude to his next move during his appearance on the show, but reports are surfacing that he might have his eye on a head coaching gig in the NFC East at some point, with the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and Philadelphia Eagles being potential targets.
