Bojan Bogdanovic Makes Clear Statement On Playoff Expectations

The NBA Trade Deadline was relatively quiet this year as compared to previous seasons in the league.

But the New York Knicks seemingly got their man during the NBA Trade Deadline in a trade with the Detroit Pistons.

The Knicks acquired Bojan Bogdanovic and Alec Burks for Evan Fournier, Malachi Flynn, Quentin Grimes, Ryan Arcidiacono, two future second-round draft picks, and cash considerations.

Speaking of Bojan Bogdanovic, he shared his expectations for making the 2024 playoffs with the Knicks in a recent interview, as revealed via Ian Begley on Twitter.

“I missed one playoffs in my career. I’m used to big expectations and playing for a playoff team,” Bogdanovic said.

Many players have fallen victim to the bright lights being reflected upon them when playing for the New York Knicks.

However, the 34-year-old sharpshooter claims he remains unfazed by the pressure of playing for the Knicks.

Well, as things stand right now, the Knicks aren’t only a playoff team, but one of the top contenders to win the 2024 NBA Championship.

The Knicks are currently the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 33-20 record.

As for Bogdanovic, he has played 29 games this season and is averaging a solid 19.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.
