The Milwaukee Brewers got key contributions on Saturday night from a new face.

Top outfield prospect Sal Frelick made his Major League debut and had a night to remember as the Brewers pulled off a comeback win over the Atlanta Braves.

Frelick picked up his first big-league hit, drove in the tying and winning runs, and made two spectacular catches, including robbing Marcell Ozuna of a home run.

The Brewers defeated the Braves by a final of 4-3 and improved their record to 55-44 on the season.

After the game, Frelick caught up with Ken Rosenthal and discussed his memorable Major League debut.

Before the start of his interview, Frelick received a Gatorade bath from his Brewers teammates.

The Brewers right fielder said that he was definitely nervous heading into Saturday’s game with the Braves and that it was a natural feeling for him.

However, he said that things began to settle down for him once he picked up his first Major League hit and his first catch.

The young outfielder made things look easy with his two spectacular catches.

Frelick said that it wasn’t too hard for him to read the fly balls that were coming his way, even though this was the first time he had ever played at American Family Field.

The Brewers rookie also discussed his final at-bat, in which he drove in the go-ahead run, saying that he was simply looking for a good pitch to hit.

Finally, he praised Brewers fans for their energy and commented on what an honor it was for him to play in front of them.
