The Tennessee Titans will have a new look in 2024.
With Brian Callahan taking the reins of the team, the front office put a big emphasis on revamping their offense in the offseason.
That was right on point, as they didn’t exactly have a lot of talent on that side of the field, and Derrick Henry’s departure left some major holes there as well.
With that in mind, they didn’t hesitate to go after Calvin Ridley, who had a solid season with the Jacksonville Jaguars after being reinstated from his suspension.
Talking about him, Coach Callahan claimed that the fact that they got to steal him from a divisional rival made it a little sweeter, adding that he felt that Ridley could’ve and should’ve gotten all this money and recognition earlier in his career if it wasn’t for his suspension (via Adam Schefter).
Titans HC Brian Callahan on Tennesse’s new WR Calvin Ridley: “I believe in everything he’s about; he’s a pro’s pro…..to be able to steal him from a division rival makes it a little sweeter.”

The Titans revamped their offensive line and added the best offensive line coach in the game, Brian’s father, Bill.
They also gave Will Levis a couple of new weapons to work with by signing both Tyler Boyd — who was familiar with Callahan from their days together with the Cincinnati Bengals — and the aforementioned Ridley.
The Titans also added Tony Pollard, who’s not Derrick Henry by any means but could be an impactful change-of-pace back, with Tyjae Spears likely handling early-down duties.
With these kinds of additions, this team could be a legitimate dark horse in their division if Levis proves to be as good as scouts thought he could become.
