He was reportedly involved in a domestic dispute that took place on Monday night.
As of now, the details haven’t been disclosed, and we’ll update this history accordingly as more information becomes available.
The Browns, who hadn’t had a first-round pick for years because of the Deshaun Watson trade, took Hall out of Ohio State with their second-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft — their first selection in this edition.
The No. 54 pick excelled with the Buckeyes, logging 45 tackles and six sacks during his collegiate days.
He was coming off a career year as a junior, logging 24 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
While the Browns had him as a third-stringer in their first unofficial depth chart, it was evident that Jim Schwartz and Kevin Stefanski had big plans for him in the future.
The Browns boast one of the best defenses in the league.
They’ve had to deal with a lot over the past couple of years, and while that has certainly helped them develop plenty of resiliency and come closer as a team, they just can’t catch a break, and they just don’t need this kind of distraction right now.
Hopefully, this situation will be resolved in a timely and fair manner.
