The Cleveland Browns will be praying for better injury luck during the 2024 NFL season as they were missing several key pieces during their miraculous 2024 NFL Playoff run.
Cleveland somehow was able to qualify for the Wild Card Round despite suffering some tough injuries to starters, a testament to the team’s resiliency and coaching staff.
However, this time around the roster appears to be in good shape from a health standpoint and on paper looks like it can compete with just about any team in the NFL.
The biggest question mark is how the offense will look with Deshaun Watson back under center.
Watson was forced to miss most of last season due to a shoulder injury and spent the offseason rehabbing it.
Although Watson is set to play in Week 1 against the Dallas Cowboys, Hanford Dixon has some concerns about his return to play without live-game reps under his belt since the injury via The Hanford Dixon Show.
“How else are you going to get ready for a game? He’s gotta be hit and know how that shoulder is going to respond,” Dixon said.
Deshaun Watson will enter Week One with zero game action since his season-ending shoulder injury in Baltimore.

Dixon has a valid point as there will likely be an adjustment period for Watson who hasn’t played a real snap since last season.
While Watson and the team seem confident that he’ll be good to go, it’s anyone’s guess how he’ll actually perform once the season kicks off.
Regardless, the team has no choice but to hope that Watson is able to recapture his form and lead the team back to the postseason.
