There are many heated debates among sports fans, but none of them are as heated as the conversation regarding the best basketball player of all time.

Fans from every era have their reasons for the best players in their minds, but it’s rare to find two people with identical lists of their favorites.

With that being said, Bryce James, LeBron James’ son, recently appeared on the Uninterrupted show, where he shared his top five.

Bryce called out his father, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Russell Westbrook, and Carmelo Anthony.

This is an unorthodox list in many respects, especially when considering his last two picks: Westbrook and Anthony.

Both players have had their moments in the sun, sure, but they’re not typically on these lists, especially not in the top five.

Part of the reason for those picks is that Bryce has watched his father play with both of them.

Anthony and Westbrook hit close to home for the James family, so it’s only fitting for Bryce to favor these athletes.

It will be interesting to watch the James family evolve in the NBA, as Bronny is slated to make his debut with the Los Angeles Lakers in a few short weeks.

It remains to be seen if Bryce can follow in the family footsteps, and if he can be the third member of the family to make it to the league.

He certainly has big shoes to fill, especially considering his father is one of the all-time greats.
