The NFL Draft is set to take place next week.

That is when many NFL fans hope their teams can draft the next great superstar.

Alabama quarterback Bryce Young is one of the most talked about players throughout the draft process.

He is ranked by many as the top quarterback prospect in the class.

But, where he will get picked is still up in the air.

The Carolina Panthers traded up to the top pick to draft a quarterback, and it appears like Young is their man.

But, even if Young does go first overall, he knows he is not owed anything in the NFL.

Young went on The Pivot podcast to discuss his expectations about being a top draft pick.

He realizes that he will be playing with massive expectations, but that is something he has had his whole career.

If Young does go to the Panthers he will have his work cut out for him in year one.

He will be their Week 1 starter, and all eyes will be on him.

Also, Panthers fans are hoping that he will be the man who can turn their franchise around.

Once he is drafted, Young will have to spend the offseason getting to know his teammates and gain their respect.

He was a team leader at Alabama and is hoping to become a team captain in the NFL.

The transition to the NFL is usually difficult for most rookie quarterbacks.

But, Young seems to have the right mindset to make it a successful one.
