The NBA’s trade deadline is already in the history books, but that doesn’t mean teams won’t continue to make key additions ahead of the playoffs.

The buyout market is starting to get hot right now, with the Phoenix Suns getting their hands on Thaddeus Young and the Los Angeles Lakers bringing Spencer Dinwiddie back home.

Now, it might be Danilo Gallinari’s turn.

According to the latest edition of the “Pat Bev Podcast,” both the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers are reportedly keeping tabs on the Italian forward (via NBACentral).

Notably, Patrick Beverley was recently traded to the Bucks and is quite close with Doc Rivers, and he used to play for the Clippers, so he might know what he’s talking about there.

Gallinari’s impact and talents have never been doubted.

He can play at both forward spots, and his shot-making ability from all three levels is timeless.

Nonetheless, he’s failed to stay healthy for most of his career, which is the only thing that has held his potential All-Star-caliber career back.

The Clippers could use another sharpshooter off the bench for their offensive behemoth of a team, and the Bucks could also use another floor-spacer, especially with Khris Middleton struggling with injuries all season long.

Both teams give the Italian forward a prime opportunity to make his first trip to the NBA Finals and play meaningful basketball, which hasn’t happened that often for him during his playing days, and it’ll be interesting to see who wins his sweepstakes.
