Most NFL scouts can agree that Caleb Williams is an incredibly talented football player.
For years, he’s been deemed the next big thing in the NFL, and he’s drawn comparisons to Patrick Mahomes.
However, even though their games clearly have some similarities, it seems like the USC star isn’t aiming to be like the Kansas City Chiefs superstar.
When asked about his GOAT, Williams admitted that Tom Brady has set the standard when it comes to winning, work ethic, and mentality.
However, his personal GOAT is still Aaron Rodgers (via NFL on CBS).

Truth be told, he couldn’t go wrong either way.
Some experts consider Rodgers to be the greatest pure passer this game has ever seen, and he might be the most talented thrower of the football to ever grace the face of the Earth.
Of course, that hasn’t always translated into postseason success, and that’s where Brady stands on a tier of his own.
While not the most athletic or gifted, Brady’s competitive edge and work ethic were always second to none, and he also caught some big breaks throughout the course of his career.
Now, it seems like Mahomes is the only player who could objectively challenge anybody for the GOAT distinction once all is said and done, Brady included.
Then again, who knows?
Perhaps Williams will also enter that conversation, and he most definitely has the talent to make an immediate impact wherever he goes when he enters the league next season.
