It is no secret that Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice has gotten into some trouble this offseason.
He left the scene of a car crash that he started, as well as starting a fight at a nightclub in Dallas.
Former NFL MVP Cam Newton recently spoke on his podcast “4th & 1” about Rice and what he needs to do after these incidents.
“You’re too loud right now…You got family to take care of…Keep the main thing the main thing…How many times do we see this?…The league don’t need you, bro,” Newton stated.

This is not the first time that the Chiefs have dealt with a player that caused an incident off the field.
The likes of Tyreek Hill, Frank Clark, Willie Gay Jr., and Kareem Hunt are all former players that have made trouble off the field.
Rice could join them if he keeps up his behavior.
Like Newton said on his show, the NFL doesn’t need him.
There are hundreds of great players around the league that can grab headlines on the field while behaving like good humans off of it.
Time will tell to see how long the NFL suspends the second-year receiver.
Kansas City might not even need him considering they added speedy first-round wide receiver Xavier Worthy through the NFL Draft and former 1,000-yard wide receiver “Hollywood” Brown, who was a free agent.
Hopefully, these mistakes can wake up Rice and help him realize what he needs to change.
